You may use Certifyra only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Issue fraudulent or misleading certificates
• Impersonate organizations or individuals
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Certifyra and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of certificates and data you create using our platform.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for first-time subscribers. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Certifyra is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
